New Volunteer Orientation
Have you wanted to get more involved with the library but didn’t know where to start?
This in-person onboarding seminar will get you up to speed about the many types of work that helps run and grow our organization.
We’ll cover in detail how to facilitate our lending program, host or assist workshops, manage event logistics, and many more behind-the-scenes administrative tasks inherent to non-profits.

Women and Non-Binary Electronic Music Meetup

All women and non-binary folks are welcome to join us for the first of a monthly event series that encourages learning together, jam together, and connect with other artists in the area. We want to create a welcoming environment to help grow our community of electronic musicians for all femmes and enbies regardless of skill level or experience. Short presentation about overcoming the initial intimidation of modular synthesis led by Max Jersak.

June Modular on the Spot PDX 2024
Join us as we kick off the first show of Modular On The Spot 2024! MOTS PDX is free outdoor concert series taking place at a different location each month this Summer - an informal gathering for collective listening, connecting with other folks in the Portland synth community, and experiencing in nature a showcase of local sound artists and musicians as they create short hardware electronic sets.
